Terms

Payment, cancellations, and transfers for Sakara Digital workshops, in plain language.

These terms apply to every paid Sakara Digital workshop. They cover payment, cancellations, transfers, and how our live online sessions run.

Payment

Full payment is due when you register. We accept credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Your seat is confirmed once payment completes. You will receive a receipt from Stripe and a confirmation email from us.
Prices are in US dollars.

14 or more days before the first session: full refund.
Fewer than 14 days before the first session: no refund, but you can send a colleague in your place or move your registration to a future Sakara Digital workshop. A transfer is good for 12 months.
If you do not attend and did not tell us beforehand, we cannot offer a refund or transfer. We will still send you the course materials.
To cancel, send a colleague, or transfer, email info@sakaradigital.com with your name and the workshop name. The date we receive your email is the date that counts.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your statement.

You can name a substitute at any time before the workshop starts, at no charge. Email us their name and work email.

We may cancel or reschedule a workshop if too few people register or a presenter cannot teach. If we cancel for low registration, we will tell you at least 7 days before the first session.
If we cancel or reschedule, you choose: a full refund, or a seat at the new date.
Our responsibility to you is limited to the registration fee you paid.

If you buy more than one seat, we will email you to collect each attendee’s name and work email before the workshop. The cancellation terms above apply to each seat.

Workshops run live online. Your joining link and course materials arrive by email before the first session.
Each seat is for one person. Please do not share your joining link.
Attendees who join every session receive a certificate of completion.

Course materials are for your own use and use within your company. Please do not resell, publish, or share them outside your company.
Please do not record the sessions.

We may adjust the agenda, timing, or presenters to keep the content current. If a change is significant, we will tell you in advance.

Our workshops are educational. They do not replace your company’s procedures, your quality unit’s decisions, or legal or regulatory advice about your own situation.

We use the details you give us to run the workshop and to send you messages about it. We do not sell your information. See our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
